strictly no joy reservers / bogus buyers / time wasters
pay on or before the stated deadline of payment (dop), an additional payment of P40 will be charged per day in case buyer fails to pay on time.

i always prioritize those who can payo and who can get more pcs!
for payments that require downpayment, dp is non-refundable and payo!

<aside> 💭 shipping

mode of delivery (mod): shopee checkout & ggx direct - cod (local); phlpost (international)
picture/s of the item/s’ packaging will be sent to the buyer before or after shipping it.
shipping will depend on my available schedule. i usually ship every weekends. rest assured that i give updates about shipping.
i will not be liable for lost or damaged parcels/mails caused by the local and international couriers. this is also applicable for claimings, pasabuys, or group orders.
should there be any delays in shipping, locally and internationally, i will not be liable. please expect delays during this pandemic.

<aside> 💭 transactions with minors

minors should ask for their parent’s consent first before buying items from me.
minors transacting with me means that their parents already allowed them to buy and transact with me.

<aside> 💭 packaging fees

packaging fees can be paid through gcash/shopee checkout.
packaging fee for photocards: PHP 20, excludes toploader fees. additional PHP10 will be charged for every toploader.
bulky items: PHP30 - 50
however, if the buyer/customer bought several items, the fees might increase and will be calculated once ready for shipment.

<aside> 💭 refunds

refunds can only be given if a batch does not push through. a buyer asking for a refund after the item/s has been secured will not be entertained.
refunds for lost parcels will not be allowed.
in case a buyer already paid a downpayment but failed to pay the remaining balance on dop, refund will not be given.
damages such as scratches and dents that were not disclosed by my proxy/supplier will not be my liability, thus refunds will not be made.
refunds will only be gcash to gcash. if opting for a gcash to bank transfer, i’ll deduct the transfer fee from the total refund amount.

<aside> 💭 cancelations

a 75% cancellation fee applies if a buyer wants to cancel their order/s (may it be preorder or secured already). however, if the total amount of order/s is P1000 or more, i won’t be entertaining any cancellations. be a responsible buyer.
buyers who will be canceling their orders without paying the cancellation fee will be considered as “joy reservers” and “bogus buyers.” these people will be blocked, posted on my twitter account and will not be allowed to join my future pasabuys/group orders.
i have the right to cancel transactions with rude buyers.

before i put items up for claimings, i ensure to ask/browse for proofs first from a proxy/supplier. if they turn out to be scammers, i won’t be liable for any damages caused by it. refunds will not be given. buy at your own risk. i am also not liable for lost mails.
for sg pasabuys, shipping fee usually starts at 250 pesos, depending on the sg seller’s mod or if it’s tracked/untracked.
total fees are computed as: base price + international shipping fee + packaging fee (if there’s any) + pasabuy fee + post office fee (tbf)

<aside> 💭 for international buyers

payments should be made within 24 hours after reservation. otherwise, will be blocked and will no longer be able to purchase from me. i would consider these people as joy reservers/time wasters and will be posted on my accounts.
i accept paypal f&f and g&s, pay in PHP!
i include my transportation fee (to the post office) + packaging fees in the shipping fee. i ship through phlpost.
for refunds, i can only refund the amount i’ve received from my buyer. the paypal fees paid by the buyer for the transaction will not be returned. also, i won’t be refunding if a batch has been secured already.
strictly no backouts for all transactions!
fee for tracked shipping depends on the weight of the parcel and the country.
for preorder items, such as GOs, you must be willing to wait especially if it’s from PH. if the seller of the items turned out to be a scammer, i won’t issue any refunds.
i will not be liable for any damages and lost parcels!
